'UNWIND' AUTUMN RETREAT - HOLD - Sunday 13 Sept. - 2.30pm to 7.30pm

£140.00

‍As summer begins to fade and hints of autumn arrive, come and ‘UNWIND’ with HOLD at NORMA.

Blending yoga practice with reading, this slow, nourishing retreat day is designed to meet the shift in season with intention.

‍ A rare opportunity to enjoy exclusive use of The Normans, a beautiful space in which to step away from outside noise… to move the body intuitively under HOLD’s expert lead… and to sink into the simple pleasures of reading and eating… What could be a more pleasurable way to see in September?

What to expect:

An intentionally-paced afternoon of movement, rest, reading and dining…

  • Arrival to the beautiful bare-brick, fairy-lit environs of The Normans for seasonal refreshments and to meet your fellow female retreaters.

  • A 60-minute, autumn-themed vinyasa yoga practice.

  • Personal reading time, in the unique and exclusive setting of The Normans, with hot herbal tea.

  • A delicious, seasonally-inspired, two-course meal from NORMA’s retreat chef, plus ‘YesterYear’ book club discussion.

  • A closing 60-minute Yinyasa Yoga Practice

UNWIND’s expert blend of movement, reading and dining creates a Retreat Day designed for full nervous system down-regulation.

About HOLD

Rhiannon Stacey served as a British Army Officer for 12 years before pivoting into Yoga and Pilates full time, founding HOLD. Having long utilised yoga as an antidote to stress, Rhiannon understands the transformational value of mind-body movement practices. Expect challenge and support. Strength and softness. Plus a focus on long-term wellbeing.

Useful notes:

  • All yoga equipment is provided. Come as you are.

  • We recommend reading YesterYear by Caro Claire Burke before you attend in order to partake in a Book Club-style discussion (or bring a copy if you don’t mind spoilers!)

  • Cusine is seasonal, vegetarian (and delicious!) Dietaries can be met.
